Phase 2: Office buildings C, D and E

Building C will be 4,800 sq. feet and will be able to be subdivided down to an office area as small as 800 sq. feet. Construction will be poured concrete walls using ICF (Insulated Concrete Foam) construction.

Building D will be 6,000 sq. feet and will be able to be subdivided down to an office area as small as 600 sq. feet. Construction will be poured concrete walls using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction.

Building E will be 6,000 sq. feet and will be able to be subdivided down to an office area as small as 600 sq. feet. Construction will be poured concrete walls using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction.

Phase 3: Light industrial buildings F & G

Light Industrial Building F will be 6,000 sq. feet with tilt-up concrete wall construction. The building will include office space, light industrial/manufacturing space, grade level truck loading doors, high ceilings and plans for additional 2nd floor mezzanine lofts for additional office space or storage.

Light Industrial Building G will be 6,000 sq. feet with tilt-up concrete wall construction. The building will include office space, light industrial/manufacturing space, grade level truck loading doors, high ceilings and plans for additional 2nd floor mezzanine lofts for additional office space or storage.

Depending on the demands of the market, the light industrial buildings may be moved up to phase 2 construction.
