Presently buildings A & B are completed and ready for immediate occupancy.
Building A (880 Lawrence Road) is 4,800 sq feet and may be subdivided down to an office area as small as 800 sq feet. Construction is poured concrete walls using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction. This provides a 6” thick concrete wall with foam insulation inside and outside to provide outstanding thermal and noise insulation.
Building B (820 Lawrence Road) is 4,800 sq feet and may be subdivided down to an office area as small as 800 sq feet. Construction is poured concrete walls using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction. This provides a 6” thick concrete wall with foam insulation inside and outside to provide outstanding thermal and noise insulation.
Since construction was planned to be done in 3 phases, the decision was made to pour all of the concrete driveways and parking at the beginning of the project. This was done so that phase 2 and phase 3 contractors will not be tracking mud through the developed properties and inconvenience early tenants.
