About TexAZ Commercial Properties
TexAZ Commercial Properties, LLC was formed to develop commercial property in Texas. This project is located in League City Texas and will consist of five office buildings and two light industrial buildings on 5.25 acres at the corner of FM2094 and Lawrence Road.

The owners of TexAZ Commercial Properties, LLC currently own commercial properties in Southern California and Phoenix Arizona.  In addition to owning commercial properties, the owners have many years of experience as commercial property owners and are very aware of the needs of commercial tenants.

While designing Lawrence Business Park, TexAZ Commercial Properties, LLC drew on the many years of experience as commercial tenants and owners to create a functional layout that will provide maximum benefit to Lawrence Business Park tenants and their customers.
